Return is available only for products shipped in India.

• The item you want to return must be unused and in the original package with the original security tag. You must have the original purchase slip or proof of purchase.

• We allow seven (7) calendar days to return the purchased items after the date you received them.

• To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a return. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.

• Return Eligibility: We accept returns only if you have received

  • a damaged product or

  • a product which is not the one you ordered

• Send us the images of the product with original packaging

• Return Shipment:

  • For most of the shipments, we will pick up the item from you from the place of the original delivery

  • For some shipping partners like IndiaPost, we can not pick up the product from you. In such cases, you have to send us the package at your own cost. In that case, we will adjust the shipping cost borne by you while calculating the refund amount.

  • After receiving the returned item from you, we will verify if it is in the right condition as per the specific case, and initiate the replacement or refund as the case may be.

• Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! You can return the product within 7 days of receiving it. We won’t ask you any reason for returning. YES, you can return EVEN if you have received our product in good condition and on time. You’ll be refunded the original product cost.

• Special Return Terms:

  • In this case, we will charge you the two-way shipping cost

  • After receiving the returned item from you, we will verify if the product is in its original condition. If approved we will initiate the refund deducting the two-ways shipping cost.

• Special Return Shipment:

  • For most of the shipments, we will pick up the item from you from the place of the original delivery

  • For some shipping partners like IndiaPost, we can not pick up the product from you. In such cases, you have to send us the package at your own cost. In that case, we will adjust the shipping cost borne by you while calculating the refund amount. 

• Replacement Eligibility: We accept replacement only if

  • you have received a damaged product or

  • you have received a product that is not the one you ordered

 

• Replacement Return Shipment:

  • For most of the shipments, we will pick up the item from you from the place of the original delivery

  • For some shipping partners like IndiaPost, we can not pick up the product from you. In such cases, you have to send us the package at your own cost and we will refund you the Standard Shipping Cost after the item reached us and verification is completed.

  • After receiving the returned item from you, we will verify if it is in the right condition as per the specific case, and initiate the replacement or refund as the case may be.

• If the product you ordered and paid for is not received by you after a reasonable period of time, your total money will be returned to you.

• When you got the item in defective condition or received a different product than what you ordered; we will accept the return.

• In that case, when we receive your returned item, we will intimate you that we have received your item and after checking the product, your money will be credited to your account.

• Please note: The mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.

• During peak seasons please allow up to 15-18 business days for your return to process.
