Ans.:  montisa.in has a very simple customer benefit oriented return policy. The item you want to return, it must be unused and in original package with original security tag. You must have the original purchase slip or proof of purchase. You have seven (7) calendar days to return the purchased items after the date you received it.

  • What are the rules regarding refund?

Ans.: If the product you ordered and paid for, not received by you after certain reasonable time, your total money will be returned to you.

When you got the item and return that, in that case, when we receive your return item, we will intimate you that we received your item and after check in your money will be credited to your account.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost of your side return. If the weight of the item, you returned is less than 1kg., in that case we will generate a coupon of Rs.110 to you for further purchase.
